We use Firebase Authentication to authenticate users. The App uses anonymous authentication and collects the following information.

• Anonymous user ID (Firebase Auth UID)
• The username set by the user
• The icon image set by the user

(b) Game Data

We use Firebase Realtime Database and Firestore to collect and store the following information.

• Game match history and results
• User settings (sound settings, display settings, etc.)
• Matchmaking information for online matches
• Room information (room ID, participant information, etc.)

(c) Local Data

We use SwiftData to store the following information on the device.

• Cached data
• Local copies of user settings
• Temporary data while offline

(d) Storage Information

We use Firebase Storage to store the following information.

• Custom icon images uploaded by users

(e) Purchase Information

We process the following information relating to subscription purchases.

• The type of plan purchased
• The subscription expiration date
• The transaction ID

Note: Payments are processed by Apple Inc. We do not directly collect payment information such as credit card information.

(f) Advertising Identifiers

When displaying advertisements using AdMob, we may use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and similar information to provide personalized advertisements. Advertisements are not displayed to users of paid plans (Standard or higher).

(g) Crash Reports and Analytics Data

We may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect information about App crashes and analytics data about usage.

3. Purposes of Use

The information collected is used for the following purposes.

• Ensuring authentication and security for the App
• Providing game features (Bot matches, online matches, etc.)
• Providing matchmaking features
• Managing subscriptions and controlling feature restrictions
• Improving the App's features and performance
• Customer support
• Providing personalized advertisements (free plan only)
• Detecting and preventing misconduct

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose or share personal information with third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases.

• When disclosure is requested under laws and regulations
• When the user's conduct violates the App's Terms of Use
• When the user's consent has been obtained
• When providing information to contractors necessary to provide the services (Firebase, AdMob, etc.)

Display of Information in Online Matches

When using the online match feature, the following information is displayed to other users.

• Username
• Icon image
• The state of the game during a match

5. Data Retention Period

Users' data is retained for as long as their accounts remain active. If you would like to delete your account, please contact us using the contact information below.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users' information. We use SSL/TLS encryption when transmitting and receiving data and use Firebase's security features.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

8. Users' Rights

Users have the following rights.

• Access to their own data
• Correction of data
• Requests for deletion of data
• Opting out of personalized advertising (this can be changed in the device settings)
